How the Council of Prosperity Is Organised
The Council of Prosperity divides the Goddess Cult Administrator into three branches to make sure no individual or group within the cult will have too much power:

Suzanko — Inquisition (Overseer, comprised of the Lords and Faction Leaders)

Yulandi — Military Command (Mistress, Princess, Maidens, most Goddess Cult agencies)

Elf Union — Evaluates laws (Council Table and other official office)
Each branch of council can change acts of the other branches:

The Mistress can veto legislation created by the Princess and nominates heads of Goddess Cult agencies.

Overseer confirms or rejects the Mistress nominees and can remove the Mistress from council seat in exceptional circumstances.

Chancellor, who can overturn unconstitutional laws, are nominated by the Mistress and confirmed by the Lords and Faction Leaders.
Suzanko & Yulandi’s Network of Defence (abbreviated to SYND, known as the Goddess Cult) is a worldwide and quasi-religious movement devoted to the mysterious and charismatic figure of the holy goddess originated from a feminist ideology, and the harnessing of the extraterrestrial ZP115 substance by Earth's new gen people.
The Goddess cult first emergence could trace all the back to the 1750s, but it had always remained as a private group. During the course of the 21st century, SYND began to exhibit the combined characteristics of a world religion, a decentralised nation- state, a multinational corporation, and an unconventional superpower.
During time of crsis, Council administers and members must pass a continuing resolution to function the Goddess Cult temporarily, otherwise, it will result into a government shut down, and many civil services will stop, if Council members cannot agree on 12 separate appropriation protocols, it can pass an Order of the Goddess Wish that includes multiple automated functioning protocols into the goddess realm, if the Mistress signs that the budget becomes law and goes into effect.
