After four years studying fashion business at the University of the Arts London, London College of Fashion, I came to recognize that the most effective business models thrive on loyalty and a unified vision within the team.

This understanding shaped my approach to leadership: cultivating a "cult-like" environment where each of my girls is fully dedicated to my vision, following my every command with unwavering commitment. In return, I respectfully refer to them as "dolls."

Project SYNDIII is a true passion project—a personal journey of redemption in my career. I have no intention of monetizing any part of it; instead, it’s funded entirely from our primary income, allowing it to run as a labor of love. I believe it should be freely available for your enjoyment, created without profit in mind.
